COMMENTS: Overtone absorption spectroscopy has been performed by using a tunable diode laser spectrometer. The high resolving power permitted the detection and the study of the line positions with a precision better than 0.01 cm-1

The listed rovibrational absorption lines belong to the third overtone (4ν1), and the absorption cross-section peak values for the more intense lines are given
