Cross Sections / Unclassified / AlO / GomezMartin(2017)_298K_484.23nm

DATAFILE: AlO_GomezMartin(2017)_298K_484.23nm.txt
NAME: aluminium monoxide
FORMULA: AlO
AUTHOR(YEAR): GomezMartin(2017)
T: 298K
λ: 484.23nm
BIBLIOGRAPHY: J.C. Gomez Martin, S.M. Daly, J.S.A. Brooke, and J.M.C. Plane, "Absorption cross sections and kinetics of formation of AlO at 298 K", Chem. Phys. Lett. 675, 56-62 (2017); DOI: 10.1016/j.cplett.2017.02.087
COMMENTS: The rate coefficient of the Al + O2 reaction has been measured in a laser ablation-fast flow tube apparatus by monitoring atomic Al resonance absorption and AlO laser induced fluorescence (LIF)

Under conditions of nearstoichiometric conversion of Al into AlO, the absorption cross section of AlO at the bandhead of the B 2Σ+ (v’ = 0) ← X 2Σ+ (v’’ = 0) transition has been determined (resolution 0.003 nm)
